Nana's Carolina Pralines
It's time to name the next Vendor of the Month! We have chosen Nana's Carolina Pralines as our March Vendor of the Month. Nana's mother and her best friend started making pralines when they were only 8 years old. These resourceful girls decided to try to raise money for a needy family at Christmas time one year and thought the pralines might be a product they could make and sell. By the time the holidays rolled around, they had raised enough money to buy gifts for the entire family.
The girls saw an opportunity and continued for many Christmases after that to make the wonderful candies for their families. Nana decided to continue the tradition and still makes the pralines the same way her mother did—in small batches and by hand. There are no preservatives and no additives, just all natural ingredients. It's candy made the old-fashioned way. Nana's Carolina Pralines are a great match for the Café @ Williams Hardware—great taste with a touch of home-made goodness. Come by and have a taste for yourself.
