We invited people to “feed their inner leprechaun” on St. Patrick’s Day and boy did they ever! We had a great crowd, most of whom had corned beef and cabbage in celebration of the day. The screened porch was also a big draw after the rain from the previous week finally dried up. We really do need the rain, but can’t we space it out a little more? We have a couple of special events coming up on the calendar and we are beginning to assemble a list of email addresses so that we can do an e-blast to let you know all about these events. If you would like to be on our list, send us an email at info@cafeatwilliamshardware.com and we will put you in the computer. We would not dream of selling or sharing this list, so don’t worry about that. Also, we promise not to bombard you with emails every other day. That is just not our style. If you would rather not get the emails but still want to know about events at the Café, you will just need to come in or check this blog. I’ll put the word out this way, too.
So then, our first special event dinner coming up is scheduled for April 16 from 6 to 8pm. We are planning a Low Country Boil Dinner with salad and bread and the cost is just $18 per person. You can add a beer or a glass of wine if you wish. This will be a great opportunity to celebrate the mailing of the income tax return on the 15th. Make your plans early because seating is going to be limited! Give Chris a call at 834-7888. We hope to see you that evening.
